It’s raining collection in what has been a summer of mass entertainers in Tollywood this year. Be it Ram Charan’s Racha or NTR Jr extravaganza Dammu – the stars made sure that fans are satisfied. Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film GabbarSingh will also be yet another movie which can be called a fan pleaser.Incidentally all these big stars have burnt their hands trying something coming out of commercial routine. Ram Charan’s Orange was an urban romance set in Australia, which is the love story of a commitment phobic young man. Pawan Kalyan and NTR Jr also tried to take a break from the routine fare with Panja and Oosaravelli respectively. But with all of them failed, Tollywood is witnessing a collective make over in 2012.
Interestingly all these summer movies directed by ardent fans. Boyapati Srinu has gone on record to say that he is an ardent fan of the Nandamuri clan. Similarly, Sampath Nandi is admittedly a huge fan of the Mega family and Harish Shankar has admitted to being a huge fan of Pawan Kalyan.
Fans are happy though. Chiranjeevi said in GabbarSingh audio function that the combination of fan director and big hero is sure to delight all of the fans. It has already worked for Racha and Dammu. Let us see where GabbarSingh stands this summer.
